Why am I so passionate about helping people?
Nothing makes me happier than getting messages from clients celebrating doing something they didn't think they could. I love seeing the change in people after I've helped them discover that they are not broken and can achieve the things they want.
Before I found effective ways to manage my own ADHD:

I failed so many modules at University due to incomplete work they banned me from studying

The process of applying and interviewing was so overwhelming I stayed in a job that drained me for nearly a decade

A lifetime of criticism and negative messages from the world developed into severe anxiety and perfectionism
After an ADHD diagnosis in my 30s I started a journey to discover the methods to help myself and others. This led me to train with ADDCA who are the world leaders in ADHD coaching and complete a DipHE in Psychology and Counselling with a distinction.
My biggest takeaway has been that there isn't a one size fits all approach to managing ADHD. When people find the tools and environment that work for them huge transformations are possible.
Through coaching I provide a safe and understanding space to help identify the main sources of overwhelm, then work together to find personalised way to manage them.

Mike has helped me go from a place where I was always afraid of setting goals to achieving some tough business targets.
